I am travelling with children, do you provide baby & booster seats?

Your children’s safety is our number one priority. That’s why we provide baby and booster seats in all our vehicles FREE of charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all inbound flights live using Flightradar24 to ensure our drivers are always there on time to greet you.

Where will my driver meet me at Melbourne Airport?

All our drivers meet & greet you inside the Arrivals Hall and hold up a signboard with your name.

  • International Arrival: our drivers will meet and greet you in front of Hudson Cafe.

  • Qantas Domestic Arrival: our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall as you exit the security doors.

  • Virgin Domestic Arrival: our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall as you exit the security doors.

  • Jetstar Domestic Arrival: our drivers will meet and greet you at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall.

  • Rex Domestic Arrival: our drivers will meet and greet you in the arrivals hall as you exit the security doors.

Can I cancel my booking?

  • Airport Transfers: full refund issued up until 24 hours before time of booking. If evidence shown of flight cancellation by Airline, a full refund will be issued if within 24 hours of time of booking.

  • Ground Transfers: full refund issued up until 24 hours before time of booking.

  • Wedding Transfers: full refund issued up until 7 days before time of booking.
